Maison Crochet 'Pet’Native' 2020

This Pet Nat from Maison Crochet is the ultimate summer bottle. Hand harvested, pressed in bunches, using wild yeasts, this Auxerrois is a true expression of the grape. Located in Bulligny, a small village in Lorraine, is the family vineyard running an organic conversion of 5 hectares. This wine has been described as a scoop of ice cream in a cold glass on lemonade and we couldn’t have said it better.
