Kamara Pure 'Stalisma' 2020

'Stalisma' - A nice relaxing break in the shade. If they were trying to bottle this feeling then they have succeeded. 

Lovely colour of rosé here, blushed pink with hints of oranges and reds. Some more savoury and vegetal aromatics with subtle tomato, black olive, backed up by strawberries and blackberries. To drink the berries shine through. Really great texture that balances well with the acidity you would expect from the Xinomavro grape('sour black' in Greek).

The finish is long with those berry notes sticking around for just the right amount of time.
