Iago Chinuri 2018
Low production (around 5000 bottles), low intervention and about as traditionally made as they come. Made using the Chinuri grape and matured in big clay jugs (qvevris), this wine gets 6 months of maceration and has a fantastic palette of orange pith and apricot with a nice mineral note.
This one definitely benefits from a bit of air and will constantly evolve over the course of a glass or two. Let it bring you on a journey.
