An organic number using one of Italys most popular varieties, catarratto. This is a great entry point into the world of natural wines. Fragant, hazy golden/orange in colour. Tropical fruits , lemon pith and some softer notes of peach on the palette, rounded it out with a smooth texture. The perfect midweek easy going wine.
