Zelen, meaning 'green' in Slovene, is an almost extinct grape typical of the Vipava.

This one by Burja is a total mineral bomb. Predominant notes are white flowers, green apple, grapefruit and lemon with a saline edge. Crisp, clean and dry as they come.
