Lyrarakis 'Dafni' Psarades 2019
An indigenous variety that was saved from extinction in the early 90’s by the Lyrarakis family and planted in their “Psarades” estate vineyard. Dafni gets its name from the Greek work for 'laurel' or 'bay leaf', and this is definitely something you can pick up on when drinking.
Massively aromatic (think bay leaf, rosemary), turbo dry and refreshingly crisp. Dafni is a clean cut mineral bomb with a citrus backdrop and a great little nose.
