Adega dos Biscoitos Magma 2019

This wine is made of 100% native Verdelho grapes planted on volcanic soils. The vines are surrounded by large magma rocks that protect them from the strong prevailing winds coming from the Atlantic. The pressed grapes spend 5 months on the lees which lends to the wines overall complexity. Fresh, crisp and austere nose which punchy acidity on the palate with a long, saline finish.
